This Privacy Policy explains how NinePay (“NinePay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information submitted through ninepay.cc (the “Site”).

When you request a payment review, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, company, website, email address, phone number, approximate monthly processing volume, current processing challenge, and your consent to be contacted. We may also receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and server logs used to operate and secure the Site.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, assess whether NinePay may be a fit for your business, communicate about potential services, maintain Site security, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. Submitting an inquiry does not create a customer relationship or guarantee approval for services.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information with your consent, to take steps at your request before entering a potential agreement, for our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and securing the Site, and to comply with legal obligations.
