These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ninepay.cc (the “Site”), operated by NinePay (“NinePay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Site purpose

The Site provides general information about NinePay and a way for established businesses to request a payment review. Site content is informational only. It is not financial, legal, tax, compliance, investment, or other professional advice.

No offer or approval

Nothing on the Site is an offer, commitment, or guarantee to provide payment, acquiring, processing, settlement, digital-asset, or other services. All services are subject to eligibility, professional underwriting, compliance review, contractual terms, availability, partner approval, and applicable law. Submission of a form does not create a merchant, customer, fiduciary, advisory, or other business relationship.

Permitted use

You may use the Site only for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with Site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, introduce malicious code, scrape the Site at unreasonable volume, or use the Site to violate another person’s rights.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant that Site content is complete, current, or error-free. Capabilities may vary by merchant, industry, jurisdiction, acquiring partner, asset, and other factors. We may change or discontinue the Site or any content without notice.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, marks, and other content are owned by or licensed to NinePay and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for normal business viewing of the Site, no rights are granted without written permission.

The Site may use or link to third-party services. NinePay does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy, or security practices.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NinePay and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to use of or inability to use the Site.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NinePay and its affiliates and personnel from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

The governing law and exclusive forum must be inserted after the operating legal entity and jurisdiction are confirmed.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
